John Meredith (of Make Recordings) and I booked some time at the sunday school of the church I rehearse in and tried to record some things. Microphones were carefully positioned. Levels were tentatively set. Then I went barked out five terribly average performances to ind of let the whole thing down (there is a passable version of the main section of '..Ghost...' but it's not 'on' enough for me). We did learn a lot from it though and as soon as I've got a working amp again we'll be going back and doing some more.
